SEP's Symposium I generally includes a team-building afternoon at Challenge Country. All guests on CC's premises (whether student, teacher, or chaperon) must bring a completed Liability Release Form to file at the CC office before admittance to the course. For participants under the age of 18, the form must be signed by a parent or guardian. Please find below the 1) Release Form, a 2) Medical Form that must be filled out and brought for each participant, and also a helpful 3) "Wear and Bring" list describing appropriate attire, etc.
